Yes, we currently integrate with over 30 ATS and CRMs. This number is growing all the time. If your current ATS or CRM is not one that we currently integrate with, we can easily create a new integration. Contact us to learn more.

The only way to improve your chances of your jobs being surfaced in Robin is to make sure that your job descriptions are up-to-date, and contain all relevant information about your job and company.

No, you can use either Robin or Dash in isolation. Most of our partners use both, as they get value from both the talent engagement agent and the AI-driven talent pool assistant. However, if your business only requires the use of Robin or Dash, we’re happy to facilitate that. Just ask us what’s the best solution for you; we’re happy to help.

Amply’s AI solutions are designed to be platform-agnostic. So where a standalone HCM or ATS platform may have some integrated AI capabilities, these will always be limited to that piece of software. Amply goes much further. Our AI agents can be integrated in a layer above your existing tools, such as your ATS and even comms platforms like Slack or Teams. On your back end, Dash delivers smarter hiring decisions, insights and much more.

Integration is handled by Amply’s expert technical teams who will work with you to ensure a smooth, expedient and compliant setup. Some integrations may only take a few days, but of course this depends on the nature of your business: finance institutions will take a little longer to get up and running due to regulatory requirements, for example.
